Dear Smallbatch Community,

First and foremost, thank you. Whether you have been with us for years or have only recently discovered Smallbatch, we are truly grateful that you trust us to help nourish the pets you love. That trust is something we never take lightly.

Like many families and small businesses, we have felt the weight of the past year of rising costs. Across farming, sourcing, and production, prices have continued to increase, particularly for the high-quality, humanely sourced, and organic ingredients we are committed to using.

Price increases are not something we take lightly, and over the past two years we have worked hard to avoid passing these costs on to our customers. However, we are no longer able to absorb all of these increases and will be implementing a price adjustment on select items effective March 16, 2026.

We will never compromise on ingredient integrity, safety, or nutrition to reduce costs. Protecting the quality of our food matters deeply to us. Even with this change, we will continue to absorb a significant portion of these rising costs ourselves.

We also remain committed to supporting the independent pet retailers that serve our community. Our pricing policies are designed to help maintain fair and consistent pricing, and our fully funded Buy 12, Get 1 Free loyalty program will continue to be available at participating stores.

Smallbatch was built on a simple promise: to make the most nutritious food possible for pets, with honesty, care, and respect for the people who choose us. That promise has not changed.
