We recommend portioning a couple of meals at a time and thawing in the fridge overnight in a sealable container. We love glass containers or the stainless steel bowls from Messy Mutts! Once thawed and kept in the fridge, we advise using within about 3 days.
If you'd like to take the chill off before serving, or for a quicker thaw method in a pinch, a warm water bath or warm water added directly to the food does the trick.
