My frozen foods have a layer of frost on them. Are they still ok to use?Updated 2 months ago

Yes, frozen foods with a light layer of frost or frozen ice crystals can be normal and expected. They thaw normally and are safe to feed. 

If your foods are stuck together, have discolored ice or appear to have melted, please discontinue use, reach out to us to report and return them to your retailer.
